Your account

If you create an account with us, you can manage your shipping information, email, name, and reset your password directly from the “Your Account” page. If you wish to have your account permanently deleted at any time, please send us an email from the email address that is associated with your account or contact customer service directly during normal business hours. Once the account is deleted it cannot be restored and you would need to re-register again.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return product(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase as long as it’s still in its original sealed package for a refund minus a 40% restocking fee and the original shipping cost. (Customer is responsible for any return shipping cost.) If part of your order is opened, please return the remaining unopened product for a partial refund based on the amount of unused product, also subject to the 40% restocking fee. Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days via USPS. All orders will receive a tracking number by email once the shipping label is printed. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be populated on the USPS website. If you don’t get an email with your tracking information, please contact customer service. We also hold the right to hold your shipment for up to 2 additional business days if our shipping systems are not able to verify your address or if an error is found. During this time we will contact you via email or phone provided during the transaction to verify your address. We currently only ship to the US, US Virgin Islands, US Minor Outlying Islands, Puerto Rico, and Canada. All orders are shipped in a sealed, non-descriptive package with a corporate name of AE Unlimited Inc that does not refer to the name or contents of the package unless required by law.

We do not store your credit card information and will not automatically bill you for any products or services.
